Top Travel and Local Android Apps in Ireland Q3 2024

In the third quarter of 2024, the performance of the top Travel and Local apps on Android in Ireland showcased varied trends in terms of downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Circle K Ireland saw a gradual decline in weekly downloads over the quarter, starting at approximately 7.3K in early July and tapering off to around 2.2K by the end of September. There were no notable changes in terms of revenue or active users for this app during the period.

For Ryanair, weekly downloads fluctuated throughout the quarter, peaking at roughly 4K in mid-July before settling at about 3.4K by the end of September. The app maintained a relatively stable number of weekly active users, starting at 16.9K and ending with around 15.4K.

Booking.com: Hotels & Travel experienced a slight decline in downloads, beginning the quarter with 2.9K and concluding with about 2.2K. The app's active user base decreased from 148.7K in early July to approximately 127K by the end of September.

The FREENOW - Taxi and more app displayed a relatively stable download pattern, with numbers hovering around 2.3K throughout the quarter. Its active user count showed some variance but remained close to the 6.1K mark by the end of September.

Finally, the Aer Lingus App witnessed a positive trend in downloads, starting at 1.9K and reaching approximately 2.3K by the quarter's close. Active users increased from 3.9K in early July to 4.5K by the end of September.
